Watchwords
All people—children, young people, and adults—have role models who provide inspiration and strength. We have chosen Raoul Wallenberg as our role model, and we strive to conduct our school activities in his spirit. Our four guiding principles are inspired by Raoul Wallenberg and his life’s work. We firmly believe that honesty, compassion, courage, and drive are qualities that lead to a happy, harmonious, and successful life. These principles can also serve as a foundation for our students to contribute to making the world an even better place to live in the future.
Honesty
Students will embrace honesty to build trust and integrity in their personal and academic lives, fostering an environment of transparency, inclusion and moral behaviour.
Compassion
Students will develop compassion to understand and empathise with other cultures, peoples and all living beings, promoting kindness and support within the school community and beyond. This will come to life through a selfless commitment to serving one’s community and the environment.
Courage
Students will act with courage to face challenges and take risks, enabling them to stand up for their own and others’ beliefs, making positive changes in the world.
Drive
Students will develop the drive to pursue their goals with determination, resilience and adaptability, embracing a growth mindset and learning from failures while remaining motivated and focused on their personal and academic achievements.
