Home / RWF Skokloster
The pre-school is located on Abbotvägen in the scenic area of Skokloster, near lake Mälaren and surrounded by forested areas.
RWF Skokloster accommodates 95 children, divided into five departments across two buildings, with several shared learning spaces such as an art studio, library, drama room, digital tools room, and music room.
We foster safety and calm in daily routines through clear structures, inspiring learning environments, and the ability to split children into smaller groups. This creates an atmosphere where children can develop at their own pace, both indoors and outdoors. Education is equally important outdoors as it is indoors, with daily activities in the yard and nature to encourage play, exploration, and movement.
Our dedicated educators work closely with the principal, parents, and children to create a positive and nurturing environment. Through the Tyra app, parents can follow their child’s day, manage schedules, and report absences. Each child also has a personal learning log documenting their development.
Meals are prepared in Raoul’s Kitchen, where we ensure that the food served is nutritious and well-balanced.

We view the mission of the pre-school as a long-term contribution to societal development, focusing on how our activities can promote growth in knowledge, character, safety, and good health for our children.
At Raoul Wallenberg Schools’ pre-schools, we actively focus on both language development and health. Language training is a central part of our education, incorporating speech and language exercises in the Babblarna world for the youngest children and Före Bornholm and the Bornholm Model for the older ones. Literature holds a prominent place in our learning environments, and daily read-aloud sessions strengthen children’s language skills and lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
Our dedicated health profile emphasizes movement and well-being as integral parts of the day. Our health ambassadors plan activities that promote the well-being of both children and educators. Through physical activity, children develop motor skills, body awareness, and concentration—key components for sustainable learning and a healthy life.
